"Just a short note to thank you for your superb service in both installing the chairlift for my Mother 2 years ago and for removing it now that it is no longer needed. It was a great chairlift and served Mum well during her life, we never had a problem with it, you responded very quickly to our request for installation and from what I remember you worked until about 11pm to fit it and today you arrived on time at 9am and had it taken out in no time, the new owner of the house will be happy that it has been removed.
The fact that we could get a reconditioned chairlift with out the hassle of filling out grant forms meant we could have it installed at a great price as soon as it was needed and the fact that we were able to sell it back to you was a pleasant surprise.
I have recommended your company to many people and will continue to do so.

" Can I just say thank you again for the fabulous service you provide, No job has been to big or to small. You have taken our calls at all times of the day or have returned calls within minutes, when we would then hear your voice, which would reassure us you were on the way. It was with your help that my mum managed to stay in her home.
